Air quality and the perception of hygiene in the classroom improved following installation. At the same time the indoor temperature remains at a constant 21 °C, as there is no need to open the windows. Teachers are very enthusiastic about the quiet system running.

The Helty FlowM800 is a high-air flow heat recovery ventilation system housed in a vertical cabinet. Ideal for bringing healthy air and comfort to classrooms, offices and community spaces.

Decentralised cabinet HRV

Housing the heat recovery ventilation unit inside a cabinet makes Helty FlowM800 a rational and versatile choice for upgrading classrooms, kindergartens and offices.
The continuous dual flow air exchange is adjustable to 10 speeds up to a maximum of 800 m³/hour, sufficient both to meet current regulatory requirements and for emergency situations that require greater air volume exchange.

Healthy air on demand without wasting energy

The unit is controlled by a remote control panel, which lets you set a weekly power-on and operating schedule as well as the bypass function. The HRV system can be used to cleanse the air only in rooms that are actually used and without losing energy through the windows, thanks to the cross-flow heat exchanger with 82% thermal efficiency.
An F9 filter ensures fresh air purified of smog, particulates and pollens.

Simplifies HRV unit design and management

The Helty FlowM800 does not require the design and installation of complex air ducts.Installation requires two 250 mm cores on perimeter masonry and can be completed quickly. It is available in versions with air duct outlets on the right or left side to offer maximum design flexibility in system integration. Access to the filters for ordinary HRV unit maintenance is facilitated by a lateral inspection door.

Natural ventilation through manual window opening is impractical, difficult to manage and energy-consuming. A mechanical ventilation system allows you to fully automate stale air removal and fresh air intake, delivering continuous indoor air purification and greater energy efficiency.

Mechanical ventilation allows for a continuous and sufficient replacement of the air volumes in enclosed spaces through stale air extraction and fresh air intake. This helps to reduce the presence of viral bioaerosols that might otherwise remain suspended in the air and spread by air.

An enthalpy heat exchanger recovers both the sensible thermal energy (the heat) and the latent energy (the humidity) from the air flow. It has the advantage of offering better overall energy efficiency without over-drying the incoming air.
